- Biomedical/biological - anti-depressant medicine
- Exposure therapy - expose Violet to things that give her anxiety disorder. This kind of happened during the movie because she had to save her family. She had to keep using her powers even though they made her very nervous.
Long term prognosis
- Good prognosis. She is already good at the end of the movie. She is not anxious anymore.
